The Space:

Step into bright, airy coastal luxury, where floor-to-ceiling windows showcase breathtaking Gulf views and fill the space with natural light. The private balcony is perfect for sipping morning coffee or unwinding with a sunset cocktail. The Master Suite features a king bed, balcony access, Smart TV, and en-suite bath, while the Guest Bedroom offers a queen bed with private bath access. The bunk room, with its custom Full-over-Full bunks and Smart TV, is ideal for kids or extra guests. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area for 4, a kitchen bar with seating, and a wet bar ensure easy mealtime gatherings. The living room’s plush sleeper sofa, cozy seating, and large Smart TV provide the perfect spot to relax after a beach day. With free WiFi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and provided beach gear, every detail is designed for a seamless Gulf-front escape!



Guest Access:

You must register with The Calypso Towers Resort Community Association, for your stay and for your parking passes before arrival ($60 per pass, limit 2 guest). We will contact you for your vehicle information 2 days before check in. They will contact you via email regarding paying for the parking fee after we send in the information. All guests must register prior to their stay. The primary guest (person whose name is on the reservation) must be at least 25 years old and on property for the duration of the reservation. The registration fee is required whether the guest will have a vehicle or not. Vehicle access passes will be emailed to you prior to arrival, and needs to be printed to enter the garage. Your amenity armbands will be in your condo upon arrival. The parking garage is directly across the street with unassigned spots and a walk-over is located on the 3rd floor. This condo sleeps 8 **Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized" '. The maximum garage height is 6'10". The clearance height leading from the first level ramp to the second level and above is 6'7".



*Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.

The condo is within walking distance to Pier Park, where you’ll find numerous restaurants, bars, and entertainment options. If you’re looking to explore further, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. On-site parking is available in the resort’s parking garage across the street (registration fee required), with a convenient walk-over bridge for easy access. For those flying in, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is just a short 20-minute drive away. Whether you're walking, driving, or using rideshare, getting around is easy and convenient!
