Welcome to Summer Fun!!.Right here at Summit Beach Resort Panama City Beach Fl. located on the 13th Floor unit 1304. All Guest must register at the front office for parking passes. parking passes include wristbands and are $32.00 for the length of your stay

This 1 bedroom 1 and half bathroom condo sleeps 4 guest comfortably.
King bed in Master, built in bunk beds in Hallway and an added sofa sleeper living room.
Full size kitchen with everything you need for dinner nights, early morning breakfast.
Drink your coffee while sitting on the balcony overlooking the beautiful Emerald waters Panama City Beach is known for.


All guests must wear wristbands while on property, particularly when in the pool area and gym. which is provided by us and left in the unit. please leave the wristbands on the counter when checking out.

No glass of any kind is allowed in the pool area. No food allowed in the pool area. Proper bathing suits must be worn in the pool and hot tub, with no cut-offs. Air mattresses, flotation devices, beach balls, scuba, and snorkeling equipment are not to be used in the pool area, except for simple goggles and face masks. All guests must wear wristbands provided by us for pool.

All booking guests must be at least 23 years of age and be present for the entire length of the stay from check-in to check-out. However, during the month of March all booking guest must be 25 years of age and be present for the entire length of the stay from check-in to check-out.
