*Visit our beach vendors, located on the beach behind Sunbird, and enjoy the ultimate seaside experience with daily and weekly rentals. This includes chairs and umbrellas, and exciting activities like parasailing, banana boat rides and jet ski rentals. *Snowbirds: feel free to reach us for special deals during low seasons. *Unit not to be rented by any one under 25 years of age. Strict age requirement set by the Sunbird of PCB Owner’s Association.
Policy will be enforced and guests that do not adhere to the age requirement will be escorted off the premises and refund will not be issued.
