Located in the Inlet Heights neighborhood of the Grande Pointe at Inlet Beach community, this four-bed/three-bath coastal getaway offers 3,000 square feet of vacation bliss. Your newer home has two decks, a cornhole game, an outdoor shower, and a convenient home office. The community pool, nature trails, park, and dock are not far away. White sand beaches are within an easy drive. Beach chairs are provided.

The sunlit living area features ample seating and a flat-screen TV. The sparkling kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of cookware. There is also a second refrigerator. When it’s time to dine, the island seats two and the table seats six.

This home sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. The spacious primary suite offers a king bed, a home office, a balcony, and a TV. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, patio access, and a TV. An adjacent bathroom is appointed with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a king bed, while the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination shower.

Sip morning coffee on the covered deck, fitted with a TV, a grill, and a cushioned sitting area. A second outdoor space has a cornhole and hook-toss game.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
