Escape to your own private paradise on the west end of PCB with our exquisite 5-bedroom beach house designed to accommodate up to 10 guests. The property is about 2,050 sq ft and is nestled just a short stroll (5 min walk) away from the sun-kissed shores, promising an unforgettable retreat, blending spacious accommodations and modern amenities with the luxury of your own PRIVATE POOL!
The property is very unique in that it's split into two units making it the perfect vacation destination for family and friends who want to vacation together but also have their own private space. With this listing you get both of these units included in the price. The main home (App. 1,250 sq ft) has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a full kitchen and a dining area that seats eight.
The back cottage (App. 800 sq ft) has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath with a full kitchen and a dining area that seats four. Both the main home and the back cottage have there own separate covered patio spaces and outdoor grilling areas.
Each unit has it's own private entrance and access the pool area.
You will also find a storage building on the side of the house that contains some essential beach gear such as chairs, boogie boards, etc. Check out the pictures and you can get a clear idea as to the overall layout of the property.

Fabulous Owners!
I cannot say enough good things about the owners. When we first arrived, the pool was not usable at no fault to the owners. Their pool guy was the issue, but the owners got a new guy there the next day and within 24 hrs we were in the pool. The home is so comfortable with enough space for everyone. Beds are super comfortable and the water pressure is such a nice bonus to get all that sea salt off. Over all I would definitely stay here again just because of how easy it was to contact the owners for questions or concerns. Top Notch customer service!!
