Absolutely LOVED this gorgeous house!! 10/10 stay and experience! We came here with a big group of girls to celebrate our beautiful bride-to-be, and it could not have been more perfect. The house itself was stunning—spacious, spotless, and so beautifully designed. The location was GREAT, close to everything we needed yet private enough to relax and enjoy.Our host was truly amazing—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure our trip was seamless. Communication was 100/10, quick and easy from start to finish. Every detail made us feel so welcome and cared for.We made the best memories here and had such a fun, special weekend. None of us wanted to leave! We will definitely be coming back and recommending this house to everyone we know.

Amazing stay!
We enjoyed our time. The house was clean, the walk to the beach was not bad at all... the golf cart was helpful to tour the neighborhood. Restaurants were close and very good options for us throughout the week.

Heavenly vacation for all ages!
The house is beautiful and has everything needed for cooking, grilling & entertaining It is spacious and comfortable with 6 king bedrooms and 2 built-in bunk rooms with 4 queen bunks each. Each bedroom has its own bath. The bed linens are white and dreamy and bath and beach towels are provided. 2 sets of washer/dryers are available on the 2nd & 3rd floors. The private pool & spa is perfect. Short walk to white sand beach. Bikes and golf cart like new and used often for quick ride to Rosemary Beach. Echelon Properties was very proactive and made our stay perfect. Thanks Kelly. We will be back for sure. Loved it! The Bradys

Amazing Beach House
The seven palms house is located in inlet beach Florida. The location is perfect. It is within closing driving distance to shoppes, restaurants, the grocery store and other popular beach areas like PCB, Destin, Rosemary beach, seaside shoppes, and A30. The actual house itself is perfect! Extremely clean and the amenities such as the pool, golf cart, and bikes are a major plus. My family and I had an amazing time staying at 7 palms and we will most definitely be back next year!!! I highly recommend this home for families or large groups! Well worth the money! I have absolutely no complaints!
