* **Kitchen & Dining:** The kitchen is equipped for culinary adventures, featuring granite countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for three. Gather around the dining table, which seats six, for shared meals.
* **Primary Bedroom:** This suite offers a king-size bed and a desk, perfect for work or relaxation. Direct balcony access allows you to enjoy the sunshine. The en-suite bathroom features a jetted bathtub and walk-in shower.
* **King Bedroom:** This bedroom includes a king-size bed, providing a comfortable space.
* **Bunkroom:** The bunkroom offers two twin-over-twin bunk beds, ideal for younger guests.
* **Bathrooms:** The condo features two full bathrooms. The first bathroom is connected to the primary bedroom and has a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is a tub/shower combination and can be entered from the 2nd King Bedroom or the hall adjacent to the bunk room.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire apartment, including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area. Enjoy the convenience of a private balcony. Guests also have access to the communal pool, hot tub, and beach access. Free parking for two cars is available. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Building D is located across from the pool. Use the stairs or elevator to reach the 3rd floor.

Getting around Seacrest Beach is convenient. Free parking is available for two cars at the condo, with additional street parking on a first-come, first-served basis. While public transportation is limited in this area, you can easily explore the surrounding 30A communities by car, bike, or rideshare services. The condo's location offers easy access to major roads for exploring nearby towns and attractions. For those flying in, the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is approximately a 30-minute drive. Consider using ride-sharing services or renting a car to fully experience the area.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Please note if any beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers, pack n plays, and baby gear are available, these are provided as a complimentary amenity. LUXE 30A does not guarantee the inclusion or perfect working order of these items. They are not part of the rental agreement.
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older, with at least one guest aged 25+ for every three guests in the group. Wristbands are required for pool, tram, and private beach access, with a $30 fee for lost wristbands. Enjoy the nearby shops and restaurants in Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Inlet Beach.
