We had a good stay overall. The beach access was truly two minutes from the building which is why I chose this property. The room: if you have any minor back problems, you cannot comfortably use the pull out couch. We had to change our sleeping arrangements because the pull out couch is extremely uncomfortable and screeches with every move. The problem is the cross bars which will poke you no matter how you lay. It was very hard to pull it out as something gets stuck in the mechanism. I was upset that my guest was in such discomfort. Other than that, the room was neat. Sheets were clean. However, the rugs were filthy and need to be changed. The shower has mold in the grout and the shower curtain was moldy. The entire room would benefit from having the walls wiped. The 9 am check out time is a bit extreme. TV and Wi-Fi worked. The kitchen has everything. They give you a small amount of dish soap and two dishwasher tabs. Decor is cute. A few beach supplies are provided in the laundry room. The outside area: it's an old building and needs some updating. Not ADA accessible at all. The neighbors were mostly families who kept to themselves. Easy to hear someone's else's footsteps above you or outside. The pool is small and nothing to write home about. Parking: one assigned spot per room. It gets tight with the pillars.
