Beach front condo for family of 2 to 4! Panama City Beach's immaculate white sandy beaches are just a 2-minute walk from the 2nd floor condo, or jump in the resort pool, grab a snack and drink at the Surf Shack with an incredible view of the emerald green gulf water! Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. St. Andrews State Park and Pier Park shopping are only minutes away.
This studio is on the 2nd floor of Top of the Gulf condominiums with a new owner. Guests have a cozy bedroom area with a new king-sized bed, a queen-sized sleeper/sofa, new bed linens, a bathroom with a walk-in shower (no tub), new bathroom linens, and a kitchenette with a small fridge (with freezer), 4-burner stove and oven, a toaster oven and microwave to warm up leftovers or cook light meals. Pots, pans, dishes and utensils are provided for cooking. Although there is no balcony in the unit itself, there are two shared balcony spaces facing the beach on every floor.

Overall a Great Stay! Quiet, Cozy, Nicely Decorated
Overall it was a great stay. Room was just as it appeared in the pictures. Def tight for 2 adults, 2 kids but the room rate/cost made it worth being a little close. :) Very quiet, peaceful area! Great end of the beach! Anything I needed, the property manager addressed right away.
