Access the beach without having to cross any roads with the little ones. A new renovation has just been completed in this wonderfully maintained cottage that has hosted many returning families. The three level floor plan allows families to have lots of elbow room. This custom-built home features shiplap wood walls, pecky cypress ceilings and rustic barn flooring. Newly renovated bathrooms and more providing a luxurious touch to your beach vacation!

We provide passes to access all 4 Rosemary Beach Community pools, and any of the 9 Beach Walkovers

All towels, bed linens, blankets, comforters, and pillow/mattress protectors are professionally laundered for every new reservation!

This house was perfect for our two families with kids. It was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. There were even games and toys! Proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, and pool were easy for us and our small kids to walk to.

Expensive fun in the sun

Excellent location, super expensive, it was a bit difficult to pin down exactly what we were renting- I thought we were renting the entire property (house and carriage house) but it was only the house and the carriage house was rented by a few other renters during the week we stayed. I was including the bed in the carriage house for our group so it was a bit dissapointing to pay all that money and still have to squeeze in. But it was a fun vacation, the first we have taken as a family since Covid began.

Almost beach front

Nice property. It’s our third time renting this house (2015, 2018, 2021). The home is starting to show the wear and tear of a rental. Mattresses and pillows need to be updated. It’s really nice to be able to walk less than 50 steps to the beach. Multiple bikes, beach chairs, and beach towels are provided which is nice extra perk. Property manager is on top of any issue that may arise.

This home is in the perfect location between the beach and town. Close to everything! Plenty of room for our group of 9 and stocked with everything we needed. More bath and beach towels would be helpful as well as a new coffee maker. Great place overall and we would love to come back and stay sometime!

Rosemary Perfection!

I almost hate to leave a glowing review, for fear that the property will never be available to us again! Ideally located steps from the beach and the Pearl hotel, the house is perfect. Every amenity is covered - from plush linens to cookie sheets in the kitchen! Tom is attentive as the property manager and the cleaning crew is exceptional. There is not a single thing we would change as it relates to the house. The VRBO description is accurate and all bedrooms and communal spaces are ideally situated. It is truly a great spot for a family vacation. The only note of warning... WiFi in Rosemary Beach is tricky. It’s not just this house, we’ve found it to be true throughout the town. If you are planning to work and need a lot of bandwidth for video calls, etc. be prepared to be frustrated! Maybe that’s just a sign to take a real vacation and unplug!! Overall, we love the house and cannot wait to return!

This was our first VRBO renting experience, and it was a great one! The house was perfect for our family of adults and a 1 year old and 5 year old. The house is a block from the village area and a block from the beach. We just loved everything about the house and location!!
