The balcony has almost 300 square feet of space for you and your family to be able to relax and enjoy your evenings together. The large balcony is open to the south and west, so the views never stop! Nightly sunsets are yours for the taking!

You are right on the beach! This spacious, open plan two bedroom, two bath condo has almost 1600 square feet for your vacationing pleasure and has tile throughout. The condo will easily accommodate up to 8 guests. The large round dining room table has seating for 6 with 3 extra bar stools at the kitchen bar for that family meal in the evening and the open living room has plenty of seating for the entire family to enjoy without being crowded! There's a sleeper sofa and loveseat in the living room, as well as 1 comfy recliner just waiting for you and a large flat screen 65-inch Smart TV. The large kitchen is ready for the gourmet chef with everything you'll need to whip up that special dish. There is also a separate laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer and a separate laundry sink. And don't forget about the wet bar with its own mini fridge to keep your beverages nice and cold. YOU will love the master bedroom and adjoining bath with Jacuzzi tub and also a large marble shower stall. You can see the gulf from almost every angle in Princess 505. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds.
