The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located spacious condo that sleeps 10! 3BR/2BA with a sleeper sofa, this condo is fully furnished with everything you need to have a great stay in PCB! It's less than a mile from the beach, two from Pier Park and the complex has a large pool and a gym. It's close to plenty of shopping and eating and has plenty of free parking!
You have 1 dedicated parking space, the parking it is numbered the same as the unit you are staying in. Any additional vehicles must park in an unnumbered spot, or you are subject to be towed.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
