Delightful fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse style vacation retreat that offers the perfect blend of comfort and breathtaking views. As you step inside, you will be greeted by a first floor living space overlooking the beautiful beach. A fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. There is also a half bathroom and laundry. On the second floor, the master bedroom features a king size bed with ensuite full bathroom and a private balcony overlooking Lake Powell. The guest bedroom has a full double size bunk bed, and a futon perfect for families or groups of friends. There is an additional full bathroom in the hallway. This is the perfect place to create lasting memories with loved ones.
Pinnacle Port is a one-of-a-kind community located between the Gulf of America and Lake Powell. Sit back and relax on the beach, enjoy some fishing on Lake Powell, or make a splash in one of the pools. Pinnacle Port Resort offers relaxation and security with 24-hour gated guarded access. Pinnacle Port guests get access to a boat ramp and boat slips, as well as tennis courts, pickle ball courts, half basketball court, workout room, saunas, grills, shuffleboard, snack bar by the pool, and even a playground with swings.
