Our unit is newly renovated, with LVP flooring and a beautiful walk in shower in the master bath.
The space

Our 14th floor unit is perfect for watching sunsets or gazing across the shoreline from your private balcony. Our one bedroom and two bath condo has been completely renovated to create the ideal vacation setting. The spacious master bedroom features a large king-size bed complete with a brand-new mattress and memory foam topper, a large flat screen TV, and private en suite bathroom. There is also an open bunk room with two twin-size bunk beds across from the second bathroom so everyone enjoys their privacy. The space hosts 6 easily with the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room, making it the ideal space for a family friendly vacation.
There are several fantastic restaurants nearby, but the condo is also convenient for home cooking with a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker to ensure a satisfying stay.
The Resort:
The Laketown Wharf Resort is dedicated to satisfying you during your stay with tons of fantastic community amenities such as five pools (complete with a cocktail bar), two hot tubs, putting green, and an onsite fitness center. The resort is a stunning place to enjoy your beach getaway with a view of the ocean while you sip a cocktail.

You will have access to the entire condo, 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, putting green, fitness center and a private access to the beach.
Other things to note
There is a $75 resort fee plus tax per stay. The total is $85.58 this is a per stay fee regardless of # of nights stayed or # of guests . Closer to your check-in date you will be provided with a link to register with the resort and prepay the resort fee. This fee is in addition to what you pay through Airbnb, it is paid directly to the resort.
