Awesome location & Beach Access

We were so happy with our stay here! The walk to the beach is just minutes away with private beach access. They had a beach wagon & umbrella we used, some of the chairs & boogie boards were broken, so we opted to just use our towels. The House itself had plenty of towels, and each bathroom had soaps, aloe, and linen spray. Wish the kitchen was equipped with some type of Tupperware, foil, or ziplocks, there were not containers to pack lunches with, if you’re doing a grocery list & plan on packing it with you. Definitely bring your own.

Love It

This is a fabulous place to stay. Great house and location. In our party of 10, we had plenty of room and room for more. The house was very clean. The management group was great to answer any questions. I would recommend this area and this house for a quiet and safe vacation.

Perfect stay for family gathering

The home was beautiful. And had everything from towels, laundry pods, diswasher pods, body soap, body lotion etc... The beds were so comfortable with comfortable bedding. The location was perfect... so many restaurants around... but more importantly the beach was walking distance and easy to get to. We loved our stay at this home

A little get away!

We had a wonderful time!! Our check-in process was difficult because of the ages of my son and his friends that came with us, they made us all go to the business office to check In which was 25 min out of the way. Other than that everything was great! Easy walk and access to the beach. Convenient to everything on 30A. House was clean and comfortable for everyone!

Great for Family Vacation

We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach- great space for our group of 8, including two under three. We rented bikes and rode to Alys Beach for donuts and coffee (very crowded, but only an 8 min bike ride). House was clean and beds were comfy. Stairs are steep for little ones, they have baby gates which was super helpful. Screened in porch was perfect for when it rained. Beach access is stairs only, so no wagons can be brought down FYI.

We had some major issues during our stay. Some things were broken and not clean, etc. Their customer service department was fantastic listening to our concerns and did their best to make it right. Some things were just out of their control. We had an amazing lady, Pam, come to the house to take a look and talk to us. She took the ball and ran with it. She met with the owner of the management company and they did absolutely everything to make things right. We will definitely give them another shot. True definition of listening, responding, communicating and making sure the customer, us, felt heard and satisfied with our stay.

Great House and even better location!

Fantastic home! So close to the private beach access, a 3 minute walk! We did have some minor issues like access code to private beach changing mid trip. Fully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. Couch and seats were a little dirty when we first arrived, nothing egregious. Perfect for multiple couples and children! Overall a 5/5 stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Stay!!

We had such a great time the 3rd floor shower is AMAZING. The location of the home is absolutely perfect. The home has a perfect layout with the master bathroom meeting up with the “kids” room, very clean home., backyard very spacious. Overall we all was very pleased with our stay and will be a returning.

For Your Eyes Only

this is for your review only; don't publish this! the place could use a really good deep cleaning; corners, everywhere; killed 3 cockroaches while we were there!!!!! You need to provide a broom, dust pan and some type of vacuum cleaner; most of doors need adjusting just to stay closed; you could tell the house is an older model; probably, would NOT stay there again

Great back yard for dog

It is great to be able to bring our dog with us on vacation as she is part of our family. The yard was great. The house still had some residual sand on floors from previous rental. The only shower that we could get decently hot shower from was on 3rd floor. The house is a little run down and dated, but location was great. Outdoor furniture was really dirty and needed a good pressure washing. This rental needs a little love but we were still super appreciative that we could bring our dog.

30A Fall Retreat

This house was stunning. It was huge for just the 3 of us (2 humans and a puppy dog). We loved all the space, patios, and backyard. The location was perfect for accessing Seaside, Aly's Beach, and Rosemary Beach. The hosts were quick and attentive to any questions we had. Would love to stay here again.

Great location, easy walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood

The location was great and easy short walk to the beach. Be prepared for the steep decent down to the beach if you've never stayed in this area before. But overall wasn't crowded. House was nice and plenty of room for everyone.
