Enjoy a peaceful stay at this fabulous newly renovated 1-bedroom condo in PCB. That's only a 5-minute walk to the beach.!!!! Guests can unwind and recharge for their next adventure in this gorgeous property which features one king size bedroom, living room, and bunk beds. Full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker and all the necessities, Bathroom w/ custom walk-in shower, washer and dryer , 2 smart tvs, and wi-fi. Resort amenities include pool, hot tub, Mini golf, gym, billiards room, shuffleboard, outdoor barbecuing, and playground. No Pets Allowed and No Smoking. Must be 21 years or older to reserve must send a copy of ID prior to check in. All guests must have a parking pass and wristbands there's a two-car minimum it's a $20 parking pass fee and there is a $25 wristband fee per person. These can be purchased at the office on the resort. Please contact host for entry codes and gate code.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
