Welcome to Seaview Studio at Top of the Gulf!

OCEAN VIEW - Escape to this eighth-floor studio at Top of the Gulf, offering panoramic views of Panama City Beach's blue waters. Enjoy the Resort pool, grab snacks at the Surf Shack or relax on the beach's white sands. With restaurants and attractions nearby and a short drive to St. Andrews State Park or Pier Park, adventure awaits! Guests of Seaview Studio also receive beach chair service, including 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, March through September!

Seaview Studio features a queen bed, bathroom with a walk-in shower, coffee bar, and a kitchenette with a fridge, cooktop, and microwave/air fryer. While there's no private balcony, shared balconies on every floor provide gorgeous ocean views. Your perfect getaway for two awaits!

- Coin-Operated Laundry Facility (no washer/dryer in the condo)

Top of the Gulf is an older complex built in 1976 that has been beautifully maintained by a tight-knit community of individual owners. The condo association, front desk, maintenance, and security staff enforce all of the property rules that keep our community in great shape, including:

- Wristbands are required while on resort property and for access to the resort amenities, including the pool. Wristbands will be placed in the condo prior to the guest's arrival and are required to be left upon departure. Failure to do so will result in a $50 charge per missing wristband.
- No additional visitors are allowed on property, even temporarily.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking in the unit. Smoking is allowed in designated areas on each floor.
- No golf carts, slingshots or scooters allowed on property.
- Quiet hours from 11pm to 8am.

***NOTES:
- The resort fee of $30 is not included in the booking price. It is payable by cash only (no card) upon arrival at the front desk. The resort fee includes one parking pass. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked off site to ensure parking availability.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, elevators, etc. are managed by Top of the Gulf. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great view, clean and comfortable for cleaning up and sleeping. If you are out most of the day is perfect.It would have been nice to have a few more condiments than just salt and pepper, maybe a way to make a quick cup of coffee and at least a bit of oil to be able to prep something when you get in. FYI if you have to use the little creamers they have, make sure they’re not spoiled before you add them to your coffee like I did!
