Paddle on a Yolo Board to Beach or to The Chill, Seaside or Rosemary Beach. Bike on Trails, Kayak or Canoe to the back of the Lake among the Cypress trees and lily pads for an Old Florida Experience. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, a Yeti cooler, waterproof carrying cases for your phones, snorkel gear, life jackets, a bluetooth portable speaker, Alexa, a regular coffee maker and a Keurig, all the kitchen gear you need and full size shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

Perfect getaway
My husband and I rented Ronna’s townhouse for a quick getaway July 4th weekend. We have been renting summer homes on 30A for over 20 years. This location was unique in that it is on Camp Creek Lake with access to the Gulf. We loved canoeing to our own little stretch of beach. Even with the crowds for the holiday weekend on 30A, we had most of this section of beach to ourselves. The townhouse is small but perfect for a couple. We loved sitting out on the back deck in the evenings sipping wine. We cooked some simple meals in the kitchen and ate out at Cafe 30A - yummy crab cakes! The bed is really comfortable and the shower upstairs has great water pressure. If you’re looking for a different way to experience 30A, I highly recommend Ronna’s place!

Perfect
This place was amazing. We were able to kayak/paddle board to the beach multiple times. It was so serene. The dock and lake was so peaceful and the beach just around the corner. The place was very thoughtfully decorated and appointed, including bikes (a must on 30A), laundry detergent, cooking utensils, grill, blankets, wet phone case, etc. Owners were cordial, friendly and fun to be around. Although the weather did not fully cooperate with us, we greatly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this place/experience.

Great stay!
We loved our stay at Ronna’s place for spring break! We had fun taking the canoe and kayak out, having coffee on the dock in the morning, riding bikes to the beach and the hub, and just chilling at the house. Thank you, Ronna for a wonderful vacation!

Great Location!
To start, Ronna and Michael are very accommodating and friendly hosts. We have been vacationing along 30A for 16 years and had a great time in this townhome. Communication, check-in and check-out were seamless. The scenery and location are perfect! You wake up to the beautiful dune lake and can either walk to the nearest beach access, or take a short paddle to your own private beach. It’s right between Seaside and Rosemary, so you can enjoy both places without having to deal with the crowds all day. The sleeping accommodations were great for our family of 4. There is a canoe, 3 kayaks, and 3 paddle boards at your disposal, and we took advantage of it. Every morning and evening I’d paddle around, catch fish and enjoy the scenery (saw 2 Bald Eagles and caught plenty of bass). It is convenient to everything we love/enjoy about 30A. We will definitely be back!

Great getaway
My partner and I recently stayed at Ronna's condo. The location is exactly what we were looking for. 30A has become so congested and crowded, but this spot still feels private. The lake views are fantastic, and we loved being able to paddle to the beach and back through Camp Creek. The condo is great and has everything you need- especially all the outdoor toys. Ronna is incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, and we really enjoyed talking with Michael and hearing about some of his adventures around the lake. We look forward to staying here again.

Great time had by all
The place was clean and had everything we needed, then some. Having bikes was nice because we could go explore on the bike trail—we rode to dinner a couple of times. The beach was beautiful and essentially private due to location. Know that there is a little extra work to load everything up into the boat and paddle over to the beach. The paddle is about 5-10 minutes depending on the wind and lends itself to a unique experience that you don’t get just anywhere. We did see a gator in the water but he did what gators should do—his when he knew there were people present. Nature is beautiful! Great area with lots of options!

Quick Getaway
This property is exactly as pictured!! So adorable! The check-in process was so easy, and Ronna and Mike were great in showing us around a giving us tips on paddling over to the beach. We enjoyed the location. Easy bike ride to The Big Chill and to Alys Beach. Would love to stay here again!!
