Enjoy sleek and modern sophistication in this recently remodeled home! Only a three-minute walk to the beach, and you can enjoy the sugary sand of Panama City Beach!
The master bedroom comes with a super comfy king sized bed. There’s a private upstairs patio with seating that overlooks the playground. It’s an easy place to relax while keeping an eye on the kids or enjoying the sunset over the palm trees.
In the second room you’ll find a full sized top and bottom bunk bed. The beds are both fulls for extra room to stretch out! Don’t want the kids fighting over the bunk beds? There is also a pull out twin and a roll away twin.
The home comes with all cooking essentials: pots, pans, forks, knives, glasses, cups, mugs, a coffee maker, and even Keurig to get that caffeine fix!
Full living room and dining room. Two sofas and a 55” TV.
Out the back patio of the home, you have two pools within 200’. There’s a shuffleboard area, tennis court, and kids playground to help keep the little ones entertained. Within the complex, there are 11 pools, 5 heated pools, a mini golf course, and several tennis courts. We have putters and tennis rackets - so get ready to bring your A-game!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Home away from Home

We've had a wonderful time at this rental. Location is perfect for day trips East to St George Island and between, and West to Gulf Shores Alabama and between. Walk to beach. We contemplated renting a golf cart for our month long stay, but it really wasn't necessary. So much to do at the rental; tennis, pickleball, many pools (some heated) Putt Putt, Shuffleboard and walking around talking with other renters! Our unit was perfect for the two of us and big enough to house 2-4 more. Comfortable beds. Great communication with owner whenever we had questions. Everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Very nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again.
