The townhome was beautiful and had everything needed . We had a group of 8 and loved that we all could fit around the table. The chairs and umbrellas on the deck was a beautiful spot for morning coffee. No elevators, being able to walk out on the beach… everything was perfect!

Absolutely the best beach stay we have ever experienced. This townhouse was so roomy and perfect for 8 of us. Beautifully decorated and very clean and has everything you need. Steps off the deck till your feet hit the sand. We all had a wonderful time and our 4 yr old grandson had a blast. Thank you so much Stephen White for your hospitality and beautiful home.

Simply Awsome!!!

We came back with such serene memories of our wonderful stay at this vacation house which instantly felt like home !!! This property is right on one of the most spectacular beach and the location of this property is super accessible to everything worthy of your time and need . This house is equipped with everything one would need and more . Our host was very welcoming! Throughout our stay he maintained a very consistent , timely and responsive communication with us and he made sure that we felt happy with our stay. We want our commendation to sound heartfelt and we really want to resist from any formulaic phrasing . We also want our appreciation for the host to act as a source to allay any anxiety that is caused in the process of committing to such rental properties … All in all a very promising , beautiful and reasonable rental stay!!

Awesome Vacation

This townhouse is great for a group of people. We had 12 people and the accommodations were perfect. Just a few steps to the ocean. Plenty of space. Plenty of bathrooms. The owner had contact with me days before arriving. Gave suggestions of places to visit and eat Great suggestions! Super nice owner. We had a wonderful week.

Beach

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay here in PCB. The house was lovely, roomy, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and well stocked with many amenities. We had breakfast on the deck and we’re just steps from the beach. We also enjoyed the pool. The property manager was very attentive and accommodating. We highly recommend this property.

Great multi family beach house

This home was great for our extended family stay. We had 4 families so it was nice to have 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths for everyone to have their own space and bathroom. The back deck facing the gulf was beautiful and convenient for beach days. It was well furnished and nicely decorated. The 3rd floor bedrooms were a bit more than expected but it was better than dealing with a multi level condo and waiting for elevators at other stays we have had at other locations. The parking was enough for our group. The construction across the road was loud and unexpected because we thought there would be parking there. Luckily, we did not need extra parking during our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We could not find remotes for the TVs but we were able to download apps on phones to use for the TV. The door handle to the sliding door to the back deck was loose and came off while we were there. We were able to reattach it so it was useable. The view from the master bedrooms and master bathrooms were very nice. We enjoyed our stay and if we travel with this many people again we will look into booking this location again.

Birthday Celebration

My 60th birthday celebration was awesome with my family and friends! Several things made it so enjoyable, one of those things being the vacation home we occupied. The host Stephen was exceptional! His communication was so great! Also, the amenities in the 4 bedroom house made our stay very comfortable. The location was great, but l do advise you to have a mode of transportation. But there is a grocery store near by that you can walk to and the beach was awesome. All guest were very happy with their stay! I would not hesitate staying there again!

Met my picky needs perfectly!

We had the best time! This was a multi family trip so the the space was amazing. The owners were supporting accommodating and responded to my texts/calls immediately. Sadly, part of our stay was during a biker fest. Amazingly, we were just far enough from the busy part of town to not be bothered. We don’t have a single complaint and hope to come back!

Perfect Family Weekend Getaway!

This property was the perfect place for our family weekend reunion! We loved the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom! The property itself has everything you would need and is directly on the beach! (The pictures don’t do this place justice!) The owner was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful Stay!

This was our first time in Panama City, the location and home were beautiful! Just steps from the beach, and not far from anything you may need. We were thankful for the early check in opportunity and the great communication. We had no issues, which always makes a trip even better! We just had two adults and a four year old, but definitely plenty of room for more people. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely pick this place to stay!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient location with all the amenities we wanted. Definitely recommend.

Having the beach in the backyard, with private access, the pool beside the house, parking at the front door, and all our family staying in one place and not divided up in separate hotel rooms was what we wanted and is what we got. Beautiful house, with lots of room, we had an awesome time!
