Welcome to Knot on Call at High Pointe Resort in Rosemary Beach! This 2-bedroom 2-bath condo has a private balcony with views of the beautiful emerald-green waters of Florida's Gulf Coast. While enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony, you can plan your day at the pool, the beach, cycling along 30A, or shopping at the great 30A shops. Knot on Call is great for a fun-filled vacation or a relaxing getaway. Located in the heart of Rosemary Beach, you will have access to everything that 30A offers. Within the resort’s gates, you will find 15 acres along the coastline with a wealth of amenities - tennis & pickleball, shuffleboard, playground, crystal clear lagoon pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, charcoal grills, private beach boardwalk, and a seasonal full-service restaurant.  
Take a walk down to the private beach access, lie by the pool, and listen to the tranquil waterfalls, or grab a drink and something to eat at the onsite beachfront cabana bar - Crabby Steve’s! Whatever you decide, you’re sure to have a relaxing day! If you are interested in shopping and restaurants, you are in the right place. You will find some of the best food in town just steps from the condo in the Rosemary Beach community, but it doesn’t stop there. The shopping continues throughout 30A and even into the neighboring town of Alys Beach.                                                                                                                                 
Knot on Call has a great living room with direct access to the balcony. A spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar, as well as 2  bedrooms for your family. The primary bedroom with views of the gulf and direct access to the balcony offers a king bed and en suite bath with a separate shower. The guest bedroom features 2 queen beds and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower.

Rental Agreement Requirement
After booking confirmation, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email, sent as an E-Sign document with required signature fields.
The Rental Agreement must be signed before your arrival instructions are released.
