This centrally located home offers everything you need for a memorable beach getaway. With easy access to Highway 98, you’re just 5 minutes from Pier Park for shopping and dining. Legacy Golf Club and The Pancakery of PCB are also nearby. Public Beach Access 47 is only 7-8 minutes away, while Russell-Fields Pier and the beautiful Gulf Shores beaches are just 8-9 minutes by car. Whether you're golfing, shopping, or relaxing at the beach, this home is the perfect base for your vacation!

The open-concept living and kitchen area features comfy couches and a fully equipped kitchen. The laundry room with a new washer and dryer is off the kitchen.
The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, and large walk-in closet.
A hallway leads to two more bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has twin bunk beds, a pack 'n play, and a Smart TV. The other has a king-sized bed and a walk-in closet.

Guests will have access to all amenities included at the condo complex. There is a (charcoal) grilling area, pool, and playground!
