Head up the stairs to the large third-floor loft bedroom which has a large custom built-in full size mattress bunk system with three (3) levels and even a sleeper sofa for additional guests. This could easily be the kid's haven! There is a half bath for convenience and even a mini bar equipped with a mini fridge and microwave.
