The Main Areas

When you first walk into 1036, you will first notice that the open floor plan ensures that at no point will you and your guests feel cramped and wishing they could have more space. You'll also notice that the light gray walls and hardwood floors give the rental a sophisticated look that is perfectly contrasted by the nautical décor and gulf waves lapping at the shore outside your window. If you walk into your living area, you will find a comfortable couch for you to rest and let your muscles unwind. With the television directly in front, this makes the area perfect for a good old-fashioned TV or movie marathon. You'll also find a balcony which includes a quaint sitting area. However, you can be forgiven for not noticing this at first, as you are sure to be absorbed by the beautiful gulf views in front of you; take a deep breath in and enjoy the smell of salt!

If you return inside, you will notice that the dining area comes complete with a square table that includes seating for four. The kitchen comes with further seating thanks to the breakfast bar, which includes seating for two additional guests. The kitchen itself features stone counters and wooden cabinets. You will find all the basic appliances, cookware, and dinnerware that one might find themselves needing to whip up a feast.

The Sleeping Area

If you explore a bit more, you will eventually find the bedroom, which features a relaxing and elegant king-sized bed which will just call for you to plop down within its confines and drift off to a dreamless sleep only interrupted by the distant sounds of the waves. You'll also find a television included which is perfect for those insomniacs who might need a bit of entertainment as they wait for sleep to finally come. You'll also find the bathroom which comes with a shower and tub. For those who might need the extra space, the sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen-sized sleeper bed. With the ocean right outside their window, this just might be a favorite sleeping arrangement.

The Studio/1038

The studio of course is no less elegant and luxurious than the larger one-bedroom unit. You'll find that it comes with a king bed that is equally as comfortable and welcoming as the one found in the other unit. As well, you'll find that the views are no less fantastic, and it even comes with a similar patio as the main unit. This ensures that every guest can enjoy the gulf views which they have come to see, no matter the sleeping arrangements. You'll also find that the studio comes with a television which is always nice for those lazy days when hanging out in bed while binging a show is in order. You'll further find the studio has even better natural lighting than the one-bedroom unit. This is always a nice touch and gives the studio a lovely open and vibrant quality. You'll also find a small dining table with seating for two, perfect for the couple in your group who might like some privacy. The extra mile was put in, and you'll even find an elegant chandelier hanging above the table. This unit comes complete with a small kitchenette which includes a mini-fridge, coffee pot, and microwave.
