The condo needs to be updated. The refrigerator needs to be repaired or replaced and the condo could use a deep cleaning. Counter tops, cabinets wiped down including the bathroom. The air filter needs to be checked often. The condo smelled like cigarette smoke upon arriving and personally changed the filter after contacting the host. The odor improved after replacing the completely stopped up filter. No beach view but easy beach access. The condo does have a patio at ground level that offers a peaceful setting next to a pond full of live turtles. The host responded quickly to my phone call concerning the odor problem. He was polite & asked how he could help.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was fantastic. Very conveniently located near the beach.Only issue I had was the ceiling fan in the bedroom made a loud noise when the fan was operating. We silenced it by putting a shim in the housing to stop the rattle.
