it was kind of dirty when we got there, things weren’t working, the dryer ripped all of our clothes, and sink was clogged up plus etc.

Disappointed

Things did not work air conditioning ceiling fans ice maker the floors where not clean had mold by the refrigerator had roaches could not get ahold of the host has not returned my phone calls yet . My family felt like we was being watched constantly by security always standing on the top floors starring at people it was weird had not water for several hrs one day. I will never stay here again worst vacation my family has had

Everything was ok. All 3 room was ok . But too many cockrach in the kitchen sink and livingroom .i ask to host . But didnt resolved...they said nextweek scheduled pest control. They doesn't have a basic paper towels and laundry detergent too. Bring it if u reserves this room .

Overall the experience was fine and the place had plenty of room for 9 of us. There needs to be some updates as far as the kitchen, cabinets, painting, ceiling in living room, etc. The location was perfect and right across from the beach. The pools were perfect with nice poolside bar and grill. Workers were very friendly and helpful. The shops and restaurants on site were perfect and good quality.

I didn't enjoy my stay

The pictures are deceiving nothing like what was stated. The place needs a lot of work. The host is awful. After you get there know one can come visit you, because outside guests are not allowed. Plus you have to wear armband throughout your visit which theirs a extra charge after you make your payment. She need to include all the facts beforehand. My family has never dealt with this kind of problem before. It's a lot of things that need to be repaired throughout the complex. They don't go by there contract. I advise everyone to go somewhere else.

Great Girl's Weekend Getaway!!

We came for a weekend girls getaway and had an amazing time. The host was super on point with communication which was great! We always rent the day before because we check in during the middle of the night. Our host offered an extra day as she was concerned that we missed our first day, which was super sweet! Unfortunately, we all have to be back in reality on Monday.

PCB trip

The unit was great, very clean, very spacious. Fan and light in master didn’t work but the tub was phenomenal.The resort could use some work, the elevator nearest the unit had one broken the whole week and the second was unreliable at best. Pools were great proximity to the beach was awesome. Loved the fountain and light show. Several of the shops were closed due to AC issues but plenty of other places were close and convenient. Overall we had a great time,Thank you!

We rented four units from the same host for our extended family Thanksgiving vacation. The proximity was great (1 unit on floors 5, 6, 7 and 8)! Our family had a wonderful time and we're looking forward to returning.

We made the best of the situation.

We rent a condo every year from lake town wharf through VRBO Since they opened in 08. This condo was super cute on the pictures. However this place was probably one of the dirtiest places I have stayed. There was spaghetti noodles under the couch that were hard ,chips, gummy, skittles and a cooked food of some kind under the cushions of the couch. The floor was so dirty that my children had walked in taken there shoes off like I directed them because of the listing saying no shoes. Within 20 mins I looked at my 1 year olds feet and they looked like he had been walking in dirt all day with no shoes. It was on my 5 year olds knees from him playing with his match box cars on the floor. Then when we told the manager she sent a cleaning lady back up there and the cleaning lady said she doesn’t have time to clean every place all day every day. This is just a few examples. The counter tops in the bathroom still has dried tooth paste from the last people. So if you rent this condo expect to clean everything before getting to enjoy the rest of your vacation.

Great Location

Nice resort, great area

The condo was nice and spacious and in a great location. My only complaint is the cleaning company obviously isn’t doing their job. There was broken glass in the kitchen floor, dirty towels shoved in a cabinet in the front bathroom, and the counter tops were dirty upon arrival. Other than that it was nice and we had a great time.

Family vacay

The condo was nice loved it only thing broken i saw was the main entertainment center looks like someone pulled screws out would be easy fix other than that it was great only real complaint I have is elevators either took to long or didn't work right and my dad has cancer and knee issue thank God they accommodated us with a room right by elevator

Location, location, location!

The 7th floor unit was close to the elevator and stairs. Park on the 6th floor parking deck and utilize the steps to the 7th floor. The elevators had high volume of traffic and were overworked. The one flight of stairs manageable even with luggage and groceries.

Condo itself was nice and clean. I am a above the knee amputee and the condo was satisfactory for my mobility, however, the elevator system was not and limited my access outside of the condo.

Unhappy Beach trip

The property sat right in the middle of everything! Great location. Great space inside, we had enough room for everyone. The property is in need of some upgrades. For the amount of money, you will pay to stay here, the appliances should match. The first night we were there, we noticed water coming out of a vent. Thought it was just condensation from the vent. The next morning my husband noticed water all over the main bathroom floor. I called the number we were given in our email. Told the lady our problem and was told someone would come out. No one came. We cleaned up the water. Same thing happened the next night. I called the number this time someone came out took pictures, and said it's fixed now! Nope, not fixed more water started coming out of the light fixture in the shower and from the vent in the bathroom! Our trip turned into a water mess and I have video to post of it all!
