Grab your sunscreen and get ready to dig your toes in the sand when you book your beach getaway in this family friendly Panama City Beach condo. This recently updated Endless Summer 1 bedroom 1 bath condo with pull out sofa bed has plenty of room for up to 4 people and sits just across the road from Beach Access 70. When not at the beach, relax the stress away in the shared hot tub, enjoy a refreshing dip in one of the two shared pools or have a family cookout at one of the community charcoal grills while playing a friendly game of shuffleboard. With so much to do this is the ideal spot for your next relaxing beach vacation.
Endless Summer is a multi-building low rise (3 story) condominium complex on the West side of Panama City Beach and sits just across Front Beach Road from the beautiful emerald shore. This condo unit is located on the second floor of building D and accessed by stairs only. With a short walk to convenient dining spots such as the popular Mike’s Oyster Bar and less than a two mile drive to the dining and shopping of Pier Park you are close enough to all the action but far enough away to relax the stress away.

Ready to hit the beach? Check out the storage bin on the deck to grab the provided wagon and load it up for your quick trek across the road to the sandy beach. You might also find some decent beach chairs and umbrellas in the bin as well but those are subject to change depending on condition as the salt air and sand tends to be harsh on them. Oh, and don’t forget the beach towels! A small stash of our personal beach towels are left out for your use if needed. And with the private in unit Washer and Dryer, you won’t have to worry about reusing those sandy towels. Just throw them in the wash and they are fresh and ready to go the next day.

Has your clan started to chant “FEED ME”? The fully furnished kitchen features full size stainless steel appliances (Range, Microwave, Refrigerator and Dishwasher) and all the cookware you need to make cooking for your family a snap.

Want to just chill? Grab an ice-cold beverage and step out onto the private covered balcony overlooking the pool to enjoy the breeze and the sound of the trickling water fountain or kick back and watch some Cable TV on one of the two provided flat screen TV’s.

Feeling a little tech savvy? This unit provides free Wifi, streaming devices so you can stream your favorite movies or shows directly from your device to the TV’s, and two home automation displays (1 Living Room, 1 Bedroom) for home automation and general information. We’ve also tried to provide as many charging options as we can with cords for various devices on both nightstands and built in USB plugs at the bar for those bring your own cord situations.

This is about our 10th stay at various Endless Summer condos and this unit is as good as it gets. The owner has updated all the appliances with high-end items and was very pro-active in communicating with us during our stay. The pictures on the VRBO website are exactly what you will get. 5 stars!

Jac’s Place was exactly as advertised. Check-in was a breeze and the location is great. Loved the local seafood and the beach was amazing. We had never stayed this far north in Florida and it’s a bit slower at warming up, but is a great jumping off spot for exploring the Florida Panhandle.

This condo has everything you would want for a vacation. Close to the beach, restaurants are close.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. The pictures show exactly what your getting. Modern appliances were beautiful. We enjoyed the patio often. The bed was super comfy & I loved that it was a king size. Very nice having the washer & dryer in the unit, that was a bonus. Air conditioning was great. The kitchen was very well equipped. I would stay here again for sure.

Home Away From Home

This condo is the highlight of our entire year !! It is the perfect place to stay close to the beach. There you will find every item you would ever need it’s there to make life so much more convenient and easy !! JUST AS it should be on VACATION!! Just grab a towel and beach buggy with all the extras chairs toys and more. All the latest updates in the condo aesthetically pleasing nice and neat and super clean. Love all the modern appliances also the techy features those are also a plus . Super responsive I could go on and on !!! Let me just say I CRY every year not wanting to leave. 10/10

Amazing and beautiful place

Everything was so great about this rental ! First the location is perfect ! So close to the beach . Second Jaks place was amazing , it went above our expectations. It’s beautiful and clean and new inside . 3rd The process checking in was so easy and actually the whole process was just great ! I recommend this place to everyone ! Perfect condo in perfect location

This is a great well taken care of condo for a couple or a family with 1-2 small children. It is in a great location just a very short walk to the beach and a view of the pool from the balcony. Everything was just as described and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed in order to cook a meal there.

The place was very clean and included lots of supplies--more than we expected. Everything (furniture, kitchen stuff, TVs, etc.) was in good shape (no cheap flimsy pans, etc.). Communication was good. Very short walk to the beach, short drive to other places like St. Andrews Park and Conservation Park. We were very pleased.

This was a very clean condo in a great location. It was the perfect place for our first wintering experience. There has to be 100 shops and restaurants within 15 minutes of the condo. Beach access is very convenient.

Perfect stay!

I booked a long term stay for myself and my partner while we were waiting for our home to be completed. It was absolutely perfect! Not only was the location outstanding but the size was perfect. Not only did it have everything we needed, it had all the things we didn’t even think of that we needed! The tech aspects were stellar because I’m so used to having a Google speaker, so having those was great. The wireless charger was also amazing. Owner was great with communication and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Perfect, cozy, little home away from home.

We had an excellent stay! The condo was perfect in every way. The communication with Chris was great and though we didn’t have to reach out about anything, we knew we would be taken care of had there been a need. The condo was extremely clean and in immaculate condition. Photos really don’t do it justice. The beach was easily accessible right across the street. And I do need to mention that having coffee and breakfast on the balcony (which overlooks the pool) was so nice each morning! We’ll definitely be back!
