Worst I’ve stayed in

I’m not one to complain, but this needs to be shared so nobody else has to deal with this. A/C wasn’t working Broken things all around No privacy in the master bedroom because everyone had to use that door to access the balcony. JUST PLAIN NASTY bugs in the pull out couch We were told we would be compensated when we checked out today, so we bought air mattresses and blankets from Walmart and made the best of it we could. We DID NOT receive compensation.
