The house was comfortable and clean, but was in desperate need of maintenance. We stayed 14 days, in town for work. We reported a long list of needed repairs on Day 1, then again Day 11 and Day 13. Some were as small as blown bulbs, overgrown yard and broken vase. Others were big, like shattered patio door, busted sofa and cabinet doors on the floor. One person from Vacasa called right before we checked out, she sounded concerned but didn't seem to have access to my previous reports. The house is roomy and comfortable. It needs love and care. It needs newer appliances and ceiling fixtures, a functioning garage door, furniture that isn't broken and a lawn service.

I don’t have enough pictures to show because it accidentally got deleted I am unable to load a video. Clean guests BEWARE. The white bedsheets had stains on them. The corners of the wall to the ceiling had two spider webs. The utensils were dirty. The grill in the back was DIRTY on the inside; unusable. The pull out sofa was full of crumbs and food debris. The floors were dirty. We had to stay with ROACHES that were discovered the second to the last day. Upper Management finally decided to have someone contact me about the property after sending a picture of killing a ROACH. The closet wire racks were full of dust so thick that you could wipe away with a napkin. The light in one of the bedrooms constantly flickered when turned on; epilepsy guest beware. We left the house cleaner than when we walked in. This place is a great location hub in proximity to the beach. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially with children.

Crazy Decor; Spacious & Comfortable

The decor makes no sense. It's quite comical. But the house is roomy and comfortable. We were snowed in for 2.5 days during our visit. We had family over for meals & board games. We built a snowman in the back and warmed ourselves by the fire place.It was lovely. We want to rent this house for every visit.wthis i
