Welcome to your perfect beach escape! This bright and cozy 1-Bedroom, 1 Bathroom condo features a charming bunk bed alcove- ideal for families or small groups- and its just steps from the sand with private beach access directly across the street.

Located on the first floor, the unit offers easy access and features both front and back balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening breeze.
No PETS or SMOKING are not allowed inside property. If there is any evidence of a pets or smoking in the unit, you will be given a 2 hour time frame to evacuate the property and has forfeited all monies at that time. (NO REFUND) ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING . ( evidence of this will result in more charges)
