This Modern decorated condo is located on the 6th floor of the Regency Tower condos and comes with all the amenities you would expect from home.

Parking/Resort passes: $40 fee for the first vehicle; you may have up to 2 cars for an additional $15 . You must go to the front desk to get your parking passes, be sure you have your license plate number for this. They will also give you your resort wristbands. These must be worn while on the property to gain entry to any of the resort amenities pools, gym, tiki bar, etc... Also , please be advised we do NOT provide any condiments or cooking products such as salt, pepper , cooking oil , coffee , sugar , etc… you must bring your own.

Vacation review

Love the location, bathrooms and kitchen updated. Living room furniture old and worn out and beds not comfortable. A real estate agent showed up at 10am one morning with clients and I received no 24 hour notice that she was coming. Despite these things, we enjoyed our stay. The beach chairs and umbrella was a definite plus!

Great Relaxing Vacation Option

The space was clean and great to accommodate my friends and I. Plenty of room for us all to sleep and have our own space, but also come together for games in the living room area. Unfortunately, the snack shack we were looking forward to was under renovations and closed which was a bummer, but free chairs and umbrella at the beach was great to have.

Property wasn’t as clean as it could be. Sheets were rough and piling bad. At the property was advertised as on the 5th floor when it is actually on the 6th floor. All and all it was a okay place to stay. The sheets need to be replace badly. The Regency Towers we love.

Has it all

No need to bring anything it your clothes and bathing suit as this place provides everything you could possibly need. The pool bar was an amazing addition as we ate lunch there everyday and they have a machine that sells bags of ice so there was little need to leave the complex except to get dinner. We will be back.

Very nice and clean condo!

The condo was very nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. It had almost everything you needed (no pizza cutter) and knives were very dull but every thing else was great! Perfect location and Bikini Bob's is so convenient to grab a quick lunch, snack or drink! Communication with Brandi was easy and pleasant. We loved that there were beach towels and 2 beach chairs and umbrellas included since we were very limited on car space! We had a great time and will be back in the future!

Overall very nice with a well stocked kitchen and nice layout. Guest beds were very old with very little support and made a lot of creaking sounds if you moved at all. Other than that it was great. Side elevators have less of a wait.

Great family vacation.

Enjoyed three weeks in this condo unit. Great property for family and accommodations supported all our needs. Beach chairs a great plus. Staff was helpful and added to the great experience. Beach and pool area were very family friendly even in the heart of spring break and college crowd.

Perfect Location!

The apartment that we rented for a week could definitely use a fresh coat of paint throughout as well as new toilets in the bathrooms. On the surface, it looked clean when we entered. However, cracks in the kitchen floor, dirty grout, and a crack in one of the bathroom sinks, really put us off. The location is absolutely perfect and has quick, easy access to the beach. Lots of restaurants in the area and a dollar store close by, that stocks absolutely everything! Overall, we would definitely stay at Regency Towers again, but would be more selective with the updates and cleanliness of the apartment. A fresh coat of paint throughout goes a long way!

Friends yearly getaway

First time staying at Regency Towers in PCB FL. Condo was extremely nice with one exception the 2 beds in the extra bedroom were not comfortable. I suggest replacing the beds. Tiki Bar and Bikini Bobs: disappointed they both closed early around 6:00. Would be nice to stay open for guest at least until an hour after sunset. Brandi Odm was very nice.

Birthday weekend celebration

Although the Regency Towers is an older condo complex with limited parking and hot elevators, your condo was a pleasant and cool surprise as we entered. Loved the beach themed rooms and updated kitchen amenities. It was just what we needed for our weekend getaway. The water was beautiful and we enjoyed our mornings on the balcony before hitting the beach. The beach chairs were great to have as well.

We enjoyed the property. We liked the location and the space in general. I had questions when I first arrived and was quickly messaged back. My only issue is that the sheet for the sofa bed was missing but everything else was perfect. No biggie we had an extra blanket with us and made it work. The pools were great although the staff at the resort was a little rude at times. Telling kids they couldn’t have balls in the pool and once I was at the baby pool and the worker asked someone where I was and moved my towels from the chair. I mean, why would people I don’t know keep up with where I am? But, the place was great and can’t be held responsible for workers with attitudes. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Condo

Check in was easy. Everything within the condo was just as the pictures showed, nicely decorated. It was great to be located directly on the beach, with easy beach access. The bar/restaurant next to the pool had great food at surprisingly great prices. We had to contact the property manager for something minor and she promptly responded and took care of it. I would definitely recommend this condo to others.
