Chelsea was very welcoming, even left us a bottle of wine. We appreciated the coffee as well. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Location was perfect to be able to walk everywhere we needed.

Walking distance to everything Rosemary Beach has to offer. Comfortable & clean beds. Family enjoyed our stay & host was very responsive to any questions. It can be noisy during the day since youre right on 30A and above storefronts but they do observe quiet time at night. Tram to the beach was nice.

Slice of Heaven

My family of 5 stayed here a week and it was perfect. Plenty of room and storage so it didn’t feel like we were living out of our suitcases. Beds were comfortable and accommodating for my 3 kids but could have slept even more if they brought friends. Everthing was as stated in the description and it was very clean. This location is right in the mix yet private enough if you want to just relax on the balcony for a quiet night. Beach is right across the street and plenty of restaurant options that unless you want to explore other areas,you’ll never have to drive. I wish we had one more week there, it was a slice of heaven! The host was very communicative and responsive, so very sweet! Highly recommend!!!!

So much fun on 30 A

We had a really great time. 2 adults, 4 teenage girls, and 1 eleven year old boy. There was plenty for everyone to enjoy. We rented bikes and rode them everywhere. The condo had everything we needed. We would return.

Great place and great location!

We had a great time here with our family and babies. The tram was fantastic to the beach and the pool was wonderful for kids. The place was clean and had everything we needed and Chelsie went above and beyond to accommodate our timing and check in needs. I would highly recommend this place.

Late-March Getaway with Small Kids

The property was centrally located with access to tons of restaurant and retail choices just steps (or a short bike ride) away. (We rented bikes our first day and used our rental car for one restaurant visit and a grocery run.) We took advantage of the beach shuttle once but (with our two small kids) were able to walk to and from the beach with no problem. The beach was definitely crowded, but we always managed to find a spot and had a great time. After the beach, we enjoyed pool and hot tub time and were grateful for the heated option on the days when there was a slight chill in the air. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful—I’d definitely recommend!

30A Christmas in the sand!

We had the most wonderful stay. Chelsie was a fantastic host! Quick to answer any questions I had and always checking to make sure everything was good. The condo is beautifully decorated and reminded me of an RH store. No detail was overlooked! The kitchen is very well equipped with a great size fridge, coffee maker, and plenty of pans & dishes. Living room has plenty of seating for our family of 5 that includes 3 college boys. The beds were incredibly comfortable! Nice sheets, blankets, and plenty of pillows. We loved the mattress in the master so much that we ordered the mattress for our home!!! Also- for what it’s worth, our 19 year old slept just fine on the top bunk. Sometimes being the youngest is like drawing the short straw! However, he said it was very comfortable! The bathrooms are great! Loved the shower and def enjoyed relaxing in the bathtub! Location is perfect. Pizza by the Sea never disappoints. Easy walk to Rosemary area, Alys Beach are for the best pictures! Meat is perfect for some afternoon cocktails. Publix is very close by for anything you need. It was truly a wonderful week at Coastal Comfort and we can not wait to return. Thank you, Chelsie for a great week!

Great location, owner very communicative

Had a great 5-day stay in this well-furnished condo in the heart of Seacrest above the restaurants and shops - plenty of room for two adults and two teens. Seacrest Beach is right across the street, and also an easy walk or very short bike ride to Rosemary and Alys Beaches. No issues -- owner was very responsive and in good communication throughout the stay.

Great location!

You are close enough to everything in the village and yet far enough away from the noise when town center is busy. The beach is a close enough walk or catch the tram. Only negative was the bed comfort. My 30 y/o son said he even woke up in he middle of the night to see if someone had placed a door under the sheets. Our master bed was just as hard. When spending this kind of money you really expect the mattresses to be a higher quality and we like firm but not hard. The bed linens and bath linens were very nice though. Overall we had a great time but when you don’t sleep well the whole time it can put a damper on things.
