Multiple issues...security cameras blaring out every 3 seconds that the are is being monitored, curtains in both the living room and bedroom were in shambles, there were cracks in the tile floor and broken facia in the bathroom, lack of washcloths and towels for the amount of people that the room offered, no sheets on the bunkbeds in the condo, The master bed did not have a skirt and made the whole thing look cheap as well as uncomfortable due to two twins made into one bed, the onsite staff were not pleasant to work with, VRBO really did not respond to our concerns while we were there. The ONLY decent thing was the pool and you had to be 10 feet away from the pool to have a drink...no adulting in the pool with a cool drink and the pool on above the parking deck was open, but none of the water features that made it look great on the website were working, all empty and non-functioning..Because of the lack of cordialness of the staff and location, we chose NOT to hang around the condo and just go to the beach.. The restaurants were closed and the place as a whole looked like it needs an upgrade. I stayed at this same location 10 years ago and it still looked the same...:-( They did have a lightshow on the lake, but we were not told and only 1 saw it... I would say that the only reason that this place is still viable is the vicinity to Pineapple Willy's and the surrounding Ripleys and WonderWorks.

Not the best condo to stay in when you go on vacation

The condo was very dirty when we arrived. There was a lot of things broken or not working making it look and feel very out dated. The owner needs to update the condo. We could not cook properly for the family of 8 that we had as there were no big pots and pans so we had to cook for more time. There were no dish towels or oven mits. There was sand all in the beds before we even got to the beach and back. Some of the towels were stained and probably should have been thrown away before our stay. We went out one night and left the teenagers in the room expecting them to be safe only to find out the front door did not stay properly shut as my son was able to just push it open from a locked position. This was just a very mediocre condo for the price we paid. The complex was ok but alit of stuff was not working there either. Last think is there needs to be some pest service as we had bugs in both beds the first day we got there.
