Welcome to our beachfront condo!

This unit is located on the 12th floor of Calypso Tower III with panoramic views, it’s just steps away from the sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your balcony! Brand new construction with tasteful coastal decor. Just bring your beach towels and sunscreen!

This vacation oasis is located right next door to famous Pier Park! Close to the restaurants, shopping and entertainment at Pier Park, the sports complex at Frank Brown Park, nature hiking at Conservation Park and the many special events and concerts at Aaron Bessant Park. For the Fourth of July, Pirates Fest, Mardi Gras and all the other PCB celebrations, you can watch the fireworks from your oversized balcony. Your balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy the panoramic views!

Inside, the master bedroom has a king size bed and with a connected master en suite. The second bedroom features a king bed. The third bedroom has twin bunks. Flat screen TVs are in every room and free cable TV and internet service are included. The fully equipped kitchen has a crock pot and a coffee maker for your convenience. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool, large hot tub, a fire pit, tiki bars, cabanas for rent and an exercise room with an ocean view.

Great Location

This condo is so close to the beach. You can use the skywalk bridge in the condo to cross over to the beach so you don’t have to worry about crossing the road at all. Pool is great. Condo was just as pictured and host responded very quickly to all questions. Nice place with a great view

AMAZING!!!!

We have stayed at Calypso before but never in this unit. We loved everything about it and we can’t wait to stay here again. The kitchen is well stocked with plates and cookware. All of the beds were comfortable are four-year-old son stayed in the bunk bedroom he loved it. Communication with the owner was amazing. The second that I would text she would respond. We even got to check-in early.

Ironman Florida

This property is the perfect location for Ironman Florida to make your day as simple as possible. Easily walkable to swim start/transition area for pre-race and day of. The property is clean and updated nicely. We had a small maintenance issue while I was racing and my wife said the host was extremely helpful in getting the issue rectified and very communicative. Also close to stores and conveniences!

This is a beautiful condo with easy access in and out of the garage. It was everything as described and we will be booking again soon! Elevators were quick and since the beach had double red flags we enjoyed the pool everyday.
