Bordering Camp Helen State Park, you can enjoy beautiful, unobstructed views from your home's new patio and front porch! Gorgeous 30A beaches are nearby. Use the provided adult bikes to travel one mile to the famed Gulf Coast's sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters. Enjoy Grande Pointe amenities, including a lavishly designed pavilion, a gorgeous swimming pool, and access to a community dock on Powell Lake.

Make yourself at home in the open living area replete with all-new wood flooring, furnishings, and decor. Settle in on an array of plush seating and watch a movie on the 50-inch TV. The well-appointed kitchen features everything you need to create your favorite culinary delights - all-new granite countertops, a roomy walk-in pantry, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When it's time to eat, perch at the kitchen island, and there's seating for everyone at the dining room table.

Comfort awaits in the tranquil main suite, highlighted by a stately bed, a 32-inch TV, and a walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has double granite vanities and a walk-in shower.

The dock access is not available for boat docking; it is intended for people only.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
