Great girls trip location

Condo cancelled my stay

I was informed 12 days before arrival at the condo that it was not available. They showed me 3 houses they had that were available and they were not in the same vicinity as the other 3 families houses. This left me scrambling to find something else. The only available was a house that cost me 1,750 more. I will never use Pinkie Flamingo again.

Good place but you need this info...

Modern updates. Comfortable beds. Washer, dryer, iron, ice maker. Hot jacuzzi. Nice pool. Grills in right corner of yard. Nice view from roof deck. Beach and Rosemary center within walking distance. Be sure to ask the host for instructions in advance for finding the unit. AC won’t work unless sensors on all sliding doors are perfectly closed. The sensors are electronically connected to the AC. They didn’t specifically tell us this in advance, just “need to close the doors if you use the AC” which we did, but they were not closed enough for the sensors to activate the AC. Roach in the top left drawer of the kitchen island. Droppings in the silverware organizer. Previous smokers in 135! Pinkie promptly sent over air fresheners. Responsiveness? You may get an instant response, or a delayed response, or none at all from Pinkie. No pool wristbands from Pinkie. Got em from the front desk who told us that usually the manager provides these. Need parking pass? Front desk closes at 4:30pm, just 30 minutes after the 4pm check in time. If late, you won’t be able to park, unless security guard gives you a pass. Bike rentals aren’t included. One of the two elevators is broken. Roof deck never staffed. Caution! The couch has a sharp, right corner. No filters provided for the coffee maker. Bring the kind shaped lake a small, round bowl. Few pods for dish and clothes washers. No HDMI cord. Few trash bags. Trash room is left of elevator. I thought the price was a bit high. But a nice place!

Horrible experience

Worse experience ever. False information, impossible to get in touch with property manager even during an emergency, all appliances were broken and was not address or fixed for our stay, the place was filthy and not clean, there were no amenities like not even hand soap. All requests prior to arriving was not met. Will never stay at this place again. Still waiting for Vrbo customer service supervisor to contact me in regards to My concerns that were communicated. Was on phone for 2 hours and was informed I would get a call from a supervisor to reimburse some.

Family vacation

This was our first time staying in the Rosemary Beach area and we loved every minute of this area! We stayed at The Pointe with our two older kids ages 15 and 17. The room was very spacious and nice! One suggestion is to add a full length mirror for outfit checks. Big Bad Breakfast is a must and just steps away from the pool. The grounds of the resort I do feel are lacking the upkeep. Just things like one elevator being broken, door with a sign saying use other door because it’s broken, pool not being kept clean, and when we arrived on Sunday at 1:30 pm the front desk was already closed. While the condo itself was great, I do believe the property isn’t maintained like it should be.

We loved this place. So close to our favorite breakfast and a short walk to the beach. And a quick drive to anywhere. It was nice and clean and it absolutely held up to how great it looks in the pictures!

Great location, great condo

The Pointe is a great location, and it is close to a lot of things for families, etc. The beach is a short walk. Some newer restaurants that are super close (and good). Very nice pool that is well taken care of; however, the exterior of The Pointe is looking a little tired. Needs paint, stain, etc. Some trash, leaves, etc. on the stairs that remained for the entirety of our trip. The Interior of the condo was very clean. We would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful Location!

The room was perfect and had everything you could need. We grilled out a few nights by the pool and had coffee every day from Big Bad Breakfast. The walk to the beach takes 4 minutes & they have chair rentals off of the Winston Ln access. You can rent bikes from the bike lot behind the building and you’re no more than a 5 min bike ride from anything. We will definitely be staying here again and recommend it to friends and family!

Staying here was great. It’s easy access to Winston Street that goes right out to the beach. Bikes are included with the rental which is just in the parking lot which made it really nice to not have to coordinate bike rental.

It was ok

We love the area and visit Rosemary/Seacrest every year, but we were not impressed by this rental. For the price we paid, it was definitely not clean enough and the entire property in general was not maintained well or clean either. Our condo also had a weird smell and all of the dishes had to be washed before use. We rented bikes onsite, only 2 came with the unit that sleeps 6 people, and one was stolen even though it was locked up. They made us pay for stolen bike 😕. Overall we still had a great time, but would not stay here again.

Elevator went out and no one bothered to fix it. Dragging luggage up and down steps In the middle of July isn't ideal. Leaky room with the unit... literally had caution tape like a murder scene in portions of the pool area. For the money, we could have stayed at a nicer place without all the problems

Great location

Great location. Easy walk or bike to the beach. We biked to Rosemary and Alys Beach almost nightly. The condo included beach toys, umbrella and cart. Nice pool and amenities. Only negative was the railings on the balcony. Unfortunately it left plenty of room on the sides and bottom for babies/toddlers to fall through.

Clean and comfortable!

We enjoyed our week getaway with our friends. Perfect for four adults but no wiggle room. The couch was a bit worn and a little big for the small space with a large coffee table. I got several bruises from the corner of the couch. The mattresses and bedding were comfortable, and I appreciate having a good washer and dryer. Having bikes available on the premises were a plus.
