The property is in a great location, we loved having parking and the skywalk, and the beach view was excellent. Communication with the host was limited to the booking confirmation. The unit appeared to have been vacant for a while: it was dusty and had a few dead insects. The toaster lacked a crumb tray and the coffee maker carafe needed a thorough cleaning or replacement. The listing photos looked better than the unit itself. I slept in the guest bedroom; the mattress was quite firm and left me waking up stiff each morning—adding a mattress pad might help. I’m not criticizing or bashing the unit, but as a rental owner myself, I noticed a few areas that could use improvement. I would recommend it.
