We really enjoyed our staying there was adequate room. The place was nice and clean. The only thing I would have to give them as the parking is very tough to stay with two vehicles.

Wonderful, gracious hosts. Great location!! It was a short walk to the beach & a grocery store. The unit itself was beautifully decorated. The master suite in the top floor was spacious & the bed very comfy. The studio apartment on the 1st floor would be great for someone who wanted privacy separate from the rest of the group staying on the top 2 floors. Definitely recommend!!

Wonderful stay, pool a one minute walk, beach 5 minute easy access

A perfect place for our family to spend a week in PCB. Three separate floors each with a bedroom so everyone has their own space as well as a general family room to play games, watch tv or talk over a home cooked meal. Each floor also has a bathroom and the bottom two floors also have a fridge.Local area; Winn Dixie grocery store located behind the condo and an easy walk to pick up food, beverages, supplies. Pool literally across the driveway. Beach 5 minute easy flat walk. A couple of restaurants very close including a Tex-Mex place which was good, Sandbar (we didn’t visit and a Dominoes pizza. Back to the condo, plenty of space, comfortable furniture, good shower pressure, washer/dryer in unit. What more could you ask for?!

Townhome location was ok. Construction in the area made it slightly undesirable. Wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked. Trash left on table in master bedroom, many things under the bed in the 2nd floor bedroom. Host left ample toilet tissue, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, dish detergent, paper towels and towels and dishes. Would’ve appreciated a few extra comforters for the sleeper sofas. Wish there was a door to the master on the 3rd floor. Parking good enough for 2 vehicles, that’s a huge plus. Host was great and allowed our dog. Good communication. Overall would recommend and stay again.

Overall stay was great. Beds comfy and location convenient. Bedroom TVs would not work. Not the greatest attention to detail on cleaning. Sliding glass door wouldn’t close all the way contacted owner and locksmith came the next day to fix it. Owners are very responsive and friendly.

Family Vacation

The townhome was beautiful and spacious. Definitely enough room for our large family and fur babies. I do wish there was a dining room table, as we all enjoy sitting down together for meals. The third floor bed only has a sheet like blanket, so you will want to bring a thick blanket or comforter if you like to bundle up at night. Although the beach is walking distance, we did opt to drive to the pet friendly part of the beach since there is ample parking across the street. Due to the construction, the sidewalks are not available just yet. Thank you Jose and Cindy for sharing your home with us. We made lots of wonderful memories. ❤️

Great dog friendly property close to the beach

We chose this property because it's dog-friendly and is close to the beach. We were glad we stayed here for our trip. The public beach access is only a short walk away. There are several dining options around and Winn-Dixie is right behind the house if you need to stock up on food and drinks. We like the set up of the house where each bedroom is on separate floor so we all have some privacy. And the kitchen and living room area is located on the 2nd floor and it's big enough for our family. We had a great time during our stay and would highly recommend this place!

It was an amazing experience the location was beautiful. This is our 2nd year staying here.

Everything was clean and well kept. It was just like being at home away from home. I would recommend staying at this location. The Winn Dixie grocery and CVS are in walking distance.The only thing was getting to the beach. I was really surprised the construction was not done. It made it hard to get to there. Last year construction and they are finished with one side only. And we understood this was out of there control.

No Complaints!

Check in was very easy. The neighborhood is nice and quiet even with them doing some road work. Three levels so it’s lots of space for everyone even my two dogs we brought along. Clean property inside and out. I literally have no complaints. The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk and wasn’t too crowded. We really didn’t have to leave for much other than site seeing and groceries but even all of that was close. This is our first time using VRBO and I am impressed. Will definitely visit again.

Great spot close to the beach and Pier Park

This property was very well kept and very spacious. Could easily Sleep 8 adults. My wife and I only really utilized the main floor, but the third floor has a great view. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome Stay

We had a great time and this property gave us space and good location! We brought our doggo along and the dog beach was about a 5min drive. The house was nice and clean and the beds were very comfy . Overall a great stay! ❤️

First and Definitely not the last

For our first time in Panama, this will DEFINITELY not be our last, thanks to our stay at this rental. The host were very accommodating and will to meet all the needs and concerns we had. The location was perfect for us and the condo was extremely spacious.

Pet friendly and privacy for the entire family!!!!

This was our first time visiting Panama City Beach Florida. We arrived right at check in time. We were able to put the code in and go right in. No hassles with a 3rd party location for keys, which made it so much easier. Upon arrival, we noticed a welcome sign at the front door along with dog treats for our fur babies and also waters. I knew then we picked the right place to stay! Each floor of the townhome had it's own personal space which worked out really well for our family. Everything was neat and clean. Also being able to bring our fur babies along made it so much more memorable. I have no complaints about the townhome itself. No worries about fighting for an elevator, fighting crowds to get to the beach or out to explore Panama City Beach. There was construction going on right in front of the townhome so walking to the beach was a little tricky and dangerous. I only say dangerous because people driving would not pay attention and acted like it was a speedway through there. Once we were across the street to the beach access all the construction and crazy drivers didn’t matter anymore. The beach was BEAUTIFUL!!!! Our host was very easy to contact and responded very quickly. Some extra activities we chose to do were riding jets skis in the gulf, Gulfworld(swam with dolphins), night fishing on the pier, great food at Osaka and Harpoon Harry’s(right on the gulf). Also we were able to rent a slingshot for easier rides along the strip and just enjoying the nightlife! Our host did not disappoint and neither did Panama City Beach. We will be back for more family time and fun!!!

Clean, but overlooked an important factor: linens

The urine stains on the sheets were horrible! :(( Splurge! Go to TJMaxx and purchase new sheets! Also, could have used a couple large serving bowls. Unit is made for a group— but, it was difficult to serve family

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful. The pictures doesn’t do it justice. The 3 levels were perfect for everyone to have a little privacy & the view of the beach from the top was nice in the mornings. It was close to everything & just a short walk from the beach. Everything you need is available. From cookware, to extra blanks & even beach gear. They thought of everything! Definitely coming back!
