Enjoy 300 feet of white sand beaches, an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a second pool directly on the Gulf, a hot tub, a steam room, an outdoor spa, and an exercise room, and a night security team. Tropic Winds has only 165 units, which makes its 300 feet of uncrowded white sand beach even less crowded than most other PCB beaches. Pier Park is approximately 1.5 miles from the complex.
