For families with young children, we`ve got you covered with a portable high chair, a pack and play located in the upstairs guest room closet, and a stroller conveniently stored in the garage.

Guests will have full access to the entire property, including the private pool, yard, and beach access.
The property manager is available to assist with any questions or provide recommendations for local activities and dining.
This amazing home features 2 separate living quarters as one unified space (one on the ground floor and one on the second floor). To clarify, you will not be sharing the property with any guests that are not in your party: it’s all yours! The two spaces are not connected by an interior stairway but easily accessible by a screened-in, covered stairway. This gives you and your large party both accessibility to one another during your stay, and privacy if you so desire. One other note that our owners wanted you to be aware of before your stay: a new home is currently being built on a neighboring lot, so you may hear some sounds of construction during the day time. However, the construction is approximately 100 ft or more from the home and should not pose much of a distraction, as you may know in the 30A area, there is always some sort of construction going on nearby!
1. Dogs 65lbs and under may be allowed WITH a pet fee of $150. Please contact us for prior approval. No aggressive breeds; no cats.
2. Upon booking, you will be required to sign an additional rental contract between the guest and the property manager.
3. Please treat the property with care and respect.
4. If any property damage or maintenance needs occur, please communicate with us immediately. For emergencies, please call 911; then notify your property managers.
5. No parties or events are allowed.
6. Please observe Community quiet hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am.
7. Ensure the Grill is clean before leaving.
8. We provide basic “starter” supplies for your convenience. If you have a large party or feel that you may need more than the items mentioned above, please prepare adequately for your stay.
