Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. This was our 2nd visit to this same condo. Everything was fine but the unit needs some freshening up. It wasn't as nice as last year due to some minor repairs that are needed. The washer has a bearing out and sounds like it's about to blast off. Some simple touching up of paint and some tile work would make this place look as beautiful as last year. Everything else isgreat including the view and the fact that this is the penthouse floor!!!! The owner and Aqua staff are very accommodating, we even stayed an extra day to enjoy PCB.

It's decorations are very nice but are getting old and worn and needs to be replaced. The bedroom carpet is getting bad and hard to get clean. It has not been painted in all the years we have been there.

We have rented the same condo every year and have been very satisfied. There has been no change to the interior over those years. I feal it's time for some things to be replaced. Some of the carpet and furniture needs to be replaced.
