A Slice of Heaven in PH#20

Pinnacle Port Penthouse #20 has everything you could possibly need to enjoy a wonderful restful vacation, including complimentary beach chair & umbrella service. When you enter the unit, you are greeted with the fully stocked kitchen with a half bath and laundry room to your right. In front of you is a spacious great room with your dining area and living room that has a wonderful balcony to enjoy the sea air and the serenity the gulf has to offer. When it is time to retire for the night, at the top of the stairs is a master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite three (3) piece bathroom and private balcony. On the other side of the hall is the guest room with a comfortable king bed and new custom built-in bunk beds with individual charging ports for the kids' electronics and a full three (3) piece hall bathroom with a tiled shower.

The Pinnacle Port community is a hidden gem located within the gates of Carillon Beach, an upscale area with large homes, shops, and restaurants, this resort is only a few miles from 30A to the west and a few miles from Pier Park shopping to the east. Sit back and relax on the private uncrowded beach, stroll along the manicured landscaped streets, enjoy some fishing and kayaking on Lake Powell (Florida's largest coastal dune lake), or make a splash in one of our two pools, complete with a poolside cafe and family movie nights in the summer. Pinnacle Port Resort offers a unique blend of relaxation with gated and roving security. Nowhere else in the panhandle will you find a resort with a location like this one. Pinnacle Port guests have access to two pools, a boat ramp, boat slips, as well as tennis, pickleball, basketball half court, saunas, workout room, grills, and even a playground with swings.
