Shores of Panama 406 is an unbeatable resort for a Panama City Beach vacation or getaway! You have the advantage of being situated within walking distance to some of the beach's best attractions, restaurants, and shopping, plus the famous Pineapple Willy's is directly next door. Where better to enjoy all of this than from your 4th-floor studio condominium? The views are ideal - not too high, not too low, still perfect for catching the sunsets and sweeping beach vistas.

The studio is situated on a prime lower floor and features a king-sized bed and a full-sized pull-out sleeper sofa. A beautiful Porcelain tile is featured throughout the whole condo. A 42-inch flat-screen TV has an integrated Roku, providing access to your favorite streaming channels. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a high-efficiency stove with ceramic cooktop, granite countertops, all major appliances, and everything you need for cooking and preparing meals and snacks. If you need to do some laundry while you are here, there is a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. The bathroom features a marble vanity and tub/shower combo.

The balcony is spacious, with plenty of outdoor furniture for enjoying the spectacular view of the beautiful pool and beach. This dazzling resort is set apart from every other Panama City Beach condo thanks to picture-postcard landscaping and a tropical setting that has to be seen to be believed! The resort features a breathtaking lagoon pool (the best on Panama City Beach) with zero entry access, dolphin fountains, two lagoon bridges over the pool, waterfalls, two Tiki bars, a large gulf-front Jacuzzi, indoor heated pool and indoor Jacuzzi, state of the art fitness center, kids activity area and poolside entertainment (seasonal).

Shores of Panama charges a parking/resort fee of $75.00. This is per stay, and not per person. This fee provides your parking pass, plus wristbands for all guests in your party, giving you access to all the amenities, including private beach access, pools, hot tubs, and fitness center.

Condo 406 is located on the 4th floor.
$75 registration fee on-site for 1 parking permit and 4 property wristbands. (No more than 1 permit is granted)
*This condo is self-check-in but you will need to stop by the concierge to pay for and pick up your registration packet.
The armbands give you access to the fitness center, heated indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor lagoon-style pool, and the beautiful white sandy beach on the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico.

Important things to know
*Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
**Registered guest occupying the condo must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit or debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
***Absolutely no pets. The complex requires ALL service animals to be pre-approved prior to arrival. The complex will not accept emotional support animals as they are not considered service animals under Florida law protecting lodging establishments.
***Absolutely no smoking or vaping. Smoking or vaping in the condo will result in a $1000 fine.
