Prominence has a lot of options for beach access; some of our favorites are listed below.
- Deer Lake State Park: A 5-minute bike ride or drive away, this stunning beach has parking, restrooms, and picnic spots.
- Gulf Lakes Beach: Perfect for bike rides; a 6-minute ride with convenient access.
- Seabreeze Beach Access: An easily accessible option with parking across 30A. A 4-minute drive from the property!
- Walton Dunes Beach: Our favorite, with no boardwalk and a hassle-free walk straight onto the sand.
- Inlet Beach Regional Access: A bit farther but easy by car! Great for ample parking, lifeguards, and restrooms.
🤩 Pro-Tip— stock up on ice at The Big Chill's 24/7 ice machine across the street to load your cooler down and not have to buy ice at the grocery or gas station!

Spend your days by one of the resort-style pools or shopping at the Big Chill – make sure you check out the amazing restaurants and entertainment while you're there. Come live like a local!

- Leave the beach gear to us: Beach umbrella, chairs, beach toys, and towels are provided.
- Premium full-size bath products in every bathroom/kitchen We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap.
- Starter Kit: We start you out with essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry pods.
- Coffee Time! Fuel up in the mornings with our complimentary coffee using the standard drip or Keurig coffee makers.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 1 vehicle at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (Unit C) There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
