Step into your condo and you will love the modern décor, including flat screen TVs. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is completely stocked with all the utensils and small appliances you will need. Make your morning coffee and head to the balcony to enjoy the view! The open floor plan leads into the living area, with amazing views of the Gulf, which is perfect for movie nights! This is a wonderful area to relax with your guests after a long day at the beach.

The master bedroom features a king tempurpedic dual adjustable bed and has all the comforts of home. This room is truly its own retreat, with an en suite bathroom. It even has a large, flat screen TV for your entertainment. The guest room has a king bed, and a shared bathroom is just steps away. You can relax and watch a movie at night on the flat- screen TV here as well. The bunk room has twin/ full beds, and its own TV as well. There are also 4 electric recliners in the living room. The location is perfect, the condo was great just as the pictures looked online. We were very satisfied with everything, having the beach only steps away was such a great decision. Balcony views were amazing! We were within walking distance of a lot of great places to eat n shopping. Some places only a few minutes of riding. The boys loved the pool n ping pong room, the pool and hot tub. We would absolutely come n stay here again!! Thank you

Super easy check in and condo was very clean. The pools were great! I would have given it 5 stars, except it stormed one night and the balcony door drain did not work and water came in on the living room floor. Soaked part of the carpet going to the master bedroom and a corner of the rug in the living room. Called maintenance, they didn't seem concerned said they would tell the rental company.

My honestly option in less than 1500 characters…

While the location was perfect, some important parts were lacking. Attention to the small details were not what we hope for, such as mismatched cabinet knobs, dirty walls in the master bathroom along with water stains above the tub, the dryer not working at 100%, only warm water in the kitchen sink, bathroom drains not draining and misspelled labels on the light switches. Further more we were disappointed in the fact the advertised adjustable bed was not working, it was something we had looked forward to trying out, and most of the outside furniture was needing attention, as two of the chairs were not useable and another had very rusted legs and the provided towels and washcloths weren’t enough for a day for our family of four. The resort itself was okay but some of the rules seemed a little too nit picky for our liking, an example of this was the fact even if we left the resort for the day, when we returned to the parking garage, the attendant would ask us to see our bracelets, which I understand requiring us to wear them while on the grounds using the provided amenities, but not just to get into the building, because who wants to wear their advertisement while out on the town. A second example of this was security often circled the pool while we were swimming as if looking for a reason to reprimand guest. Also the onsite restaurants became redundant with trying to upsell their drink packages.

The VIP parking is misleading as you have to pay an extra 40 for garage access for the week. There were dirty dishes upon arrival. Housekeeping did not leave the pods for the dishwasher. There were some broken, and non functioning devices in the unit which questions the amount of attention that housekeeping and maintenance give the unit. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was one. Some minor issues yes, but things you would not expect for the price you are paying to stay here.

The condo itself was wonderful. The view from the balcony is AMAZING! We loved our stay. I will say the master bedroom bed was extremely firm for my liking. The kitchen was well stocked and we were pleasantly surprised to see chairs,an umbrella and sand toys in the unit. Security is great. conc

Great condo, family & I had a wonderful vacation. BRING EXTRA FANS

The condo is on the far corner which is beneficial to having a bit more privacy and less noise considering it is a large & very busy building. The rooms and other living areas were very clean and tidy The ONLY negative about this listing is, when looking at the photos on the listing, they clearly have 2 different rooms that both havel their 9wn private balcony (which was a requirement we looked for when booking( and we ended up feeling a bit mislead because when we got there the 2nd balcony is actually on the back side of the building facing the street and not facing the beach/water even though they make it seem as though both balcony's are facing the water However, they make up for the street facing balcony with an incredibly comfy King sized memory foam mattress in that same room. Lastly, you're going to want to bring some extra fans if traveling during the summer because it was very hot and seemed hard to get the entire condo cooled down but that is probably the case with any large condominium building during the peak summer season. Nonetheless, my family & I had a great time and enjoyed our vacation very much. The staff and customer service were very friendly and went above and beyond accommodating us. Thank you!

Vacation like royalty

The condo owner clearly took great attention to detail in putting together the furnishings. We were not lacking any dishes we needed to cook family dinners each day. the unit itself and location is nice. The check in process is severely lacking in clarity. Please add "check in at parking garage ACROSS the street, third floor". We were not the only ones wandering around the lobby looking for help. Next, there were issues and calls were made and attempts to rectify by company. Mostly addressed, only one TV now does not work properly. And PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE WASH THE FLOORS!!!! Not a swifter type. An actual wash. Floors are incredible dirty (not sand). Next, 1 dishwasher pod and one garbage bag for 3 people for 4 days?? Really? That needs to be addressed as well. Company did bring more DW pods once asked.

The unit was dusty, but overall our stay was nice. The pools were extremely cold so we weren’t able to get in and enjoy them, but during the middle of summer when it is hotter, I’m sure they would have been refreshing. The location of the unit was nice and the views of the ocean were great! Not only did we get to look down and see dolphins and sting rays, we also got To witness a manatee swim down the shoreline which was awesome!!!

Loved the condo the only issues we had were with the TV in the living room and maintenance had to fix problems a couple times. Second issue was on our last night there someone took our assigned parking spot and condo security could not find the people we had to park in the loading area and this morning we had a warning ticket on our truck security said we would not have any repercussions from that warning. All in all we had a fantastic time and will definitely be back.
