We loved our stay here. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding to seascrest, rosemary and alys beaches. The view is amazing and the easy beach access is too. We used Dillons beach service for chairs on the beach and that made life so easy on vacay. House was clean, bright, and just like the photos.

Great for right situation

Overall, the property is great. Unique to my stay, it was a short getaway for a long weekend while working remote a couple of days during the week. Wifi is awful - and no resolution unfortunately. Constantly drops every few minutes, and when it does connect to devices, is similar to airline wifi. Cannot do more than basic email. Awful cell service which is expected, but no wifi you are off the grid. If looking for just a quiet getaway to the beach, overall it’s great though. Would recommend another property for the cost though and just overall convenience.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

The townhouse was in a superb location right on 30A with private beach access. My husband and I do wish that the home was stocked with more beach essentials (towels, sunscreen, chairs, etc.) rather than those expenses falling on the renter. Overall, we had a great stay! Waking up every morning to the view from the master bedroom was paradise, and the bed was super comfy!

Check in issues

I want to preface by saying that the property manager apologized and offered to make everything right from a financial standpoint. We arrived to the property at approximately 5:30 local time. The electronic key pad to the property did not work. At that point, the property manager's office was closed for the day and we were forced to call the "emergency line." This simply prompted me to leave a message. The communication from that point was troubling. I got a broken-up return call from someone about 15 minutes later who couldn't give much guidance at all and who frankly was unhelpful. I'm unsure if the call dropped or she hung-up, but nothing was resolved. I called the "emergency line" numerous additional times requesting an immediate call back. It was an hour and a half later before i got any communication back. To make a long story short, the person I was dealing with said they had gotten a locksmith and that the door was fixed. At that point, my wife and I had already gotten a hotel room 30 minutes away in Destin (we have a young son that had to be settled). The next day, the door was not fixed and it took another hour for a locksmith to be called to come out to open the door. In all we lost almost a full day of time. The unit was fine, location was great. I write this review to suggest that those who rent may want to arrive prior to the property manager's office closing so that they can have a clearer line of communication in the event an issue arises.

Amazing Location!

This house was so perfect with young kids. We were so close to the beach so it didn’t feel like a crazy amount of work to get there and set up. It’s close enough to go back and forth if you forgot something important. The home is decorated beautifully and very comfortable. Very close to everything you’d need also. The beach is accessed via a long staircase that crosses the dunes, might be tricky if you have babies or for someone with limited mobility. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Great location on the beach

This place was well located and perfect for our needs. The location being on the bluff above the beach was gorgeous, and the beach was not overcrowded (which is hard to find). It was easy walk down the steps to the beach. Literally the only negative was the master bath had a clear glass door to the water closet which offered little toilet privacy. We thought it was funny and hung a blanket over the glass for extra privacy. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

This is the perfect place to stay on 30A without the tourism of 30A. You're close enough to everything to enjoy it while being separated enough from the busy areas to enjoy the peace and quiet.

Nice Location

Very good location on 30A and great views fro top deck. Just know you do have neighbors which there might be one that complains about the sliding glass door shutting and disturbing her. Other than that it was a great place to relax.

Perfect getaway

Property is exactly as shown in pictures. Steps from the beach. Gorgeous views. Home was clean, kitchen was well stocked, bed was super comfortable. Great location. Close to Rosemary & Alys Beach. Bike rentals and beach rentals available and easy to do! Great stay

The Property Management Company is Awful

I arrived on vacation ready to spend a long weekend with my young children to find this property completely under construction and the property management company could not have handled the situation worse. They could not find any property for me to stay at other than a property 30 minutes away, not walking distance to beach and did not refund me for THEIR mistake. Went through "15 day review" for them to say no refund. This property owner should fire this property management company. I will NEVER book a vacation that uses BeachWalk Vacations.

Perfect walk to the Beach

We loved this property! We really enjoyed how close it was to the beach. It was a simple walk down some stairs. It was just small enough that the beach wasn’t too crowded! The unit its self was clean and very roomy! We loved the location on 30A!
