Welcome to 248 Beach Bike Way: a quiet, relaxing location with a nature trail adjacent to the property and close to the beautiful neighborhood pool. Guests can walk or bike to the nearby shops, restaurants, & events in Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Seacrest or take the trolley to the beach! This home feels like new, with refreshing upgrades done throughout.

Upon entry to 248 Beach Bike Way, guests will be greeted by a well-equipped kitchen perfect for making home-cooked meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. The open living space and dining room provides plenty of comfortable seating for all guests to relax after a long day.

This home has a king bed located in the master bedroom along with an ensuite bathroom, a twin-over-twin bunk bed and twin-over-queen bunkbed in the first guest bedroom, and a queen bed in the second guest bedroom along with an additional full bathroom off the kitchen.

This home does not allow parties or events of any kind, or guests under the age of 25 who are not accompanied by an adult chaperone. Absolutely no smoking is permitted on the property.

Because we want you to enjoy your stay, we’ve added an OK2Charge EV charger. Before your stay, you will receive an activation email to register for the service or simply scan the QR code on the face of the charger when you arrive.

I loved this property. It was modern and clean, the beds were very comfortable, and it was in a safe/great location. Love the access to the team for the beach. I gave four stars because of the lack of important information given ahead of time regarding supplies. For a house that sleeps 10, they only provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two trash bags, no hand soap, little kitchen ware, etc. Just make a note to pack those things if you decide to book. Additionally, the ceiling fan remotes don’t work/weren’t there. Lastly, make note that the door code activates at 4pm on the dot even if cleaning is done early. Overall, it is FABULOUS property and I highly recommend and would love to return.

Great House and Location

House was very nicely decorated and clean upon our arrival. Host was very efficient to respond and answer any concerns. Location is great and you can walk the pool, beach, the horse shoe area or Rosemary Main St. There was construction next door but it was not a big issue. They should be done in a couple months.

Great new property!

This is our 4th time staying in Seacrest Beach and this house was great. The rooms and bathrooms were really spacious and the beds were comfortable. Pillows weren’t the best, but we managed! Wish there was better front porch furniture (Adirondack chairs!) and a sectional couch for the family to lounge on in the living room, but overall really enjoyed this rental and would recommend!

Lovely home with construction next door.

Overall, the house was nice, clean and recently updated. The kitchen and master bath are lovely. Unfortunately there was construction on the lot next door with a port-a-pot very close to the front porch where surrounding construction workers would come and use. FYI-the contractor told me construction will last through May. The den could use more comfortable chair seating and a coffee table. The bunk bedroom was extremely hot no matter what time of day with poor air ventilation. The lighting in the house was all overhead. Needs a couple of lamps in the den. They need to replace the front porch high-top table and chairs with adirondack chairs and small table in between.

The place and location was amazing and walking distance to everything. But wish they had comfortable Sofa’s at sitting area. Me and wife got back ache’s a few days later as the sofa’s had no support. We were out most of day but at evening was not comfortable sitting any watching TV
