Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the vacation and Aqua property itself was very nice. Aqua facilities were clean and well taken care of. Disappointed some in the room. The carpet was worn and dirty, the cushions on the couch were dirty and had stains on them. Sone of the carpet had rolled up in spots where it needed to be re-stretched

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful unit; we love its' central location to dining and shopping. We haven't found a restaurant yet we didn't like!The front desk girls are very friendly, always cheerful and helpful. The building and the grounds are very well maintained. Maintenance people are always friendly, helpful and fast. (We asked for a light bulb-it was delivered within 30 minutes.)Kitchen is well equipped. Our only concern is this unit needs updating. The carpet is badly stained, the furniture is worn out,(very uncomfortable), and the mattress is going to need to be replaced soon. It's nicely decorated. Very homey feel to it. (Just needs updating.) It appears it's going to be painted soon as there are paint "touch ups" all over the hallway/entry-so that will be great! Next year w/b our 6th yr in this unit, we do love it!
