We loved our stay here! The owner was super responsive and informative. The kitchen was maybe the best stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely will be back!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SnailsPace. The house had everything we needed and the beach is just steps away. Our dogs loved it, too. We spent the late afternoons, laying around in the screened in lounge area then back to the deck for the beautiful sunsets. The beds and pillows were so comfy I missed the sunrises. We will be back, for sure!!

The house is very comfortable and had everything you would need. Nice big kitchen table and a great kitchen. Wonderful sunrises and the beach is right there. We saw 85 species of birds in the area and Bobcats and deer nearby. Bald Point State Park is just up the road a few blocks and St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge is close. We enjoyed our 2 weeks!

Overall the house was great. Perfect size for our family of three. The host was very nice and helpful. We were delighted to meet him. The overall cleanliness of the house could have been a bit better seeing as the bathrooms were quite dirty and the floors were coated in pollen. Sometimes small details just get missed sometimes so we understood. The view and convenient location was really the selling point. Lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery. The whole family had a blast. We’ll definitely be recommending Snails Pace to family and friends.

Excellent stay

We were looking for a trip to fully unplug & relax and we found it! The hosts were very welcoming and genuinely want their guests to have a great time. The kitchen has everything you might need and then some. We would definitely consider staying again.

The house was everything you need to have a peaceful, fulfilling, restorative stay. The ocean is only a 45 second walk away beautiful trees surround the property. We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning from the beach next to the house and watching the sunset every evening over the bay and through the pine trees, while mullet jumped and plovers peeped and dolphins gracefully swam at Bald Point. A wonderful place to rest and return to yourself and find peace.

Great Getaway

Great beach house, well appointed and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing getaway. A nice place to land after a day at the beach or exploring the Point at the State park at the end of the road.

Wonderful fully stocked kitchen and living spaces, everything we needed was there. Very beach cottage vibe to decorations. Nice variety of options for enjoying the beach atmosphere - upper deck, lower deck and screened lanai under the house. This was a perfect vacation place for relaxing when not enjoying the attractions and restaurants in the nearby areas. We found ourselves awake every morning to enjoy the sunrise.

Quiet Getaway

Snails Place was as advertised and very well stocked. Kevin was very helpful and knows the area well. The views from the deck are great with easy beach access.

Relaxing family vacation

The Snails Pace was exactly as described-very peaceful and relaxing beach vacation with the family. The property had all the comforts of home, including extras that most properties don’t have (beach towels, beach chairs), very nice kitchen supplies! The mimosas on the deck were excellent!

Back again and loving it more!

This was our second stay, and we love it here. I hesitate to review it, so no one else gets the desire to book when we want it, but Kevin as a host and the home are both fantastic.
