Este Cottage Alligator Point está situado en el Golfo de México en lo que se conoce como costa olvidada de la Florida. Mientras que la Costa Olvidada no está tan desarrollado como es otras playas del Golfo de la Florida como Destin o Ciudad de Panamá, este tramo de las aguas del Golfo tiene su propia belleza única.
Un natural para disfrute familia:
Alligator Corte Cottage es perfecto para familias jóvenes, personas mayores o simplemente un grupo de amigos de la chica en busca de una estancia tranquila playa. Alligator Point está en una excelente playa de arena blanca y le espera para tomar el sol, nadar, pescar desde la costa o simplemente leer un buen libro. En Alligator Point que no es necesario preocuparse de ser molestado por cualquiera de Williams amigos camorristas de Hank. Los alborotadores se encuentran en Panamá City Beach.

great quiet location

Good..... If you like having the beach practically to yourself, and we did, its a perfect location. However, just FYI, there are no resturaunts in the vicinity, and the nearest grocery is 17 mile one way. We did not mind this as we prefer to bring groceries and cook. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils you need. Also the property manager was very nice and easy to work with. We did not complain to her because there was not anything she could do, the owners need to step it up. Bad.....Furnishings are very old and worn out. The one couch with a throw on it is filthy! . Spent first day cleaning. Really needs to be updated and cleaned. If this was done we would not hesitate to come back for the location.

A perfect getaway

50 steps to the beach (we measured), beautiful Gulf of Mexico, and all the house accommodations we could ask for at this price. What else you should know... The closest small food store is 5 miles away. The beach sand is gorgeous. The water is a bit stained due to the nearby Ochlockonee River (might vary with the tide.)

We love this house!

Perfect spot right on the beach

This little old style cottage was the perfect spot for my aunt and I to have a little getaway at the beach. Since it sits right on the ground, there were few steps to navigate into the house or to go out to the beach and the view couldn't have been more perfect! We loved walking to the beach and down along the water each day. The house is set up so that on each side of the house is a bedroom and bath with a little sitting area. It is the perfect layout for two couples or two friends to enjoy time at the beach together.

A needed peace and getaway

Perfect for us and the pups. Clean. Comfortable beds. Supplies in kitchen were found. Outside patio was great for entertaining the pups and to look out over the water. Peaceful. Perfect.

Alligator Point

What a place to visit to make memories of a lifetime. Like seashell? This is your spot. Tiny to large and as many as you can take back with you. Wave were minimal. Great for little ones. During high tide though they got it was perfect for the 5 and up ages. Clean beaches. They even had turtle eggs buried up down the beach. I do recommend visiting on WED-SUN. For that you can hit the small amount of restaurants in the area. They are only open Thursday thur sunday. Get what you need before you get there the Walmart is 40 minutes out. We loved it and will return to the forgotten shores.

Will be returning

This house was perfect for my family! Easy check in process and communication. The house had a wide open kitchen and the 2 living areas were perfect for watching Andy while the kids had cartoons on for the rainy day. Two outside showers were great for rinsing off sand. There were extra towels and sheets. We also enjoyed the screen porch with the kids for evening dinner! Loved staying here, will definitely return.
